Hybrid Events

This option allows for a live audience (socially distanced as necessary) at a venue but also a proportion of your delegates are able to register and view the conference remotely live. This route is incredibly popular as it removes the need for costly business travel to get all of your delegates to one place and for those who simply cannot attend the face to face meeting for one reason or another. Hybrid conferences offer complete flexibility for your audience, and teaming up with a provider who can deliver high end productions for both the face to face delegates and the audience at home is essential.

Onsite Studio Solutions

Again we stream to a personalized microsite. However, having all presenters with us, using our own equipment allows us to massively improve the production values and the end result for the audience. This solution enables the key host or presenters to present (sufficiently socially distanced, of course), from a ‘TV Studio’ environment, either at a venue or your office. It removes the use of personal web cams and laptop microphones and allows us to provide so much more support for your key presenters, exactly as they would expect if delivering a traditional face to face conference.

Up until recently, streaming was mainly used for events and meetings where for one reason or another a proportion of the guests couldn’t physically attend a conference to see and participate in what was happening, live. Plus, attendees who couldn’t be there live could watch the stream later on-demand.
