Do you only work in Nairobi?
While we're based in Nairobi, we provide event management services throughout Kenya and across East Africa. We have experience organizing events in major cities and remote locations, handling all logistics and coordination.

How much does event management cost?

What is your payment structure?
Typically, we require a 50% deposit upon contract signing to secure your date and begin preparations, with the balance due 7 days before the event. We can discuss flexible payment terms for larger projects.
Are there any hidden costs?
No! We believe in complete transparency. Our quotes include detailed breakdowns of all costs. Any additional expenses that arise during planning are discussed and approved by you before implementation.
Event Process
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for major events to ensure availability and optimal planning time. For smaller events, 4-8 weeks may be sufficient. However, we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on our schedule and the event scope.
What happens if something goes wrong during the event?
We have experienced on-site managers and technical crew who handle any issues immediately. We always have backup equipment and contingency plans in place. Our 25+ years of experience means we've encountered and successfully resolved virtually every event challenge.
Can I visit your offices or see your equipment before booking?

What audio-visual equipment do you provide?
We provide professional-grade sound systems, LED screens, projectors, lighting rigs, wireless microphones, mixing consoles, and all necessary cabling and accessories. All equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
Do you provide internet connectivity for events?
Yes, we can arrange high-speed internet connectivity for your event, including backup connections to ensure uninterrupted service. This is especially important for hybrid events and live streaming.
Can you handle live streaming or virtual events?
Absolutely! We have extensive experience with hybrid events, virtual conferences, and live streaming. We provide all technical infrastructure, streaming platforms, and support for seamless virtual experiences.
